Renovating existing buildings for contemporary demands is always challenging. Especially when the existing building has architectural merit. We are working closely with the original designer in turning this postmodern era school into a modern day facility with open learning environment.

BIM is utilized, as well as a new way of project management called alliance partnership, where the construction company works together with the client, end-users and designers to meet common goals set for the project.
